Brad,
Is their an Exchange server on the backend? If so, you
could simply build a new profile for the mailbox on the
other machine and life is good.
If their is not and Exchange server on the backend then
your mail, contacts, calendar, etc is in a file with a
PST extension. You could put this file on a network share
accesible by both and point the profile to this network
location (map a drive to the share). However only one
machine would be able to access the PST at a time since
Outlook require exclusive access to the PST file. If one
of the machines is a laptop then the PST would not be
accesible when the laptop was not not on the LAN (unless
the share the PST lives on was located on the laptop). Of
course then mail would not be available to the other
machine when the laptop was not on the LAN. Another
option would be to copy the PST back and forth but this
will be problematic - eventually (when you forget)

Hello Brad,

with Outlook 98/2000 you can use NetFolders but in 2002 no more supported.
