We have exchange and Outlook 2000 and want to be able to share all users
calendars so that we can see who is busy / available.  Is there a quick way
of doing this?

You can see all users free busy on the scheduling tab.
You can use file, open, other users calendar to view a full calendar.
MS released a group calendar utility - a link to it is at
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm, where you'll also find
other options.

The 'OpusFlow GroupCalendar for Outlook' might be just what you need.
