Hi,

Since installing sp1 for office 2003, I can no longer access Resource
scheduling settings. (Tools ->Calendar Options->Resource Scheduling). When I
click the Resource Scheduling button I get the error message 'The operation
failed'.

Any ideas how to fix/get round this?

OS = XP Pro 2002 sp2, but I have also tried it on a machine with only the OS
sp1 patch.

Regards,

Corpach

Have you tried a detect and repair?

Thanks Milly, I'll give it a go on Monday morning.

I see there's a new post from JoAnna, who has encountered the same problem.

Hi,

It's definitely office sp1 that's causing the problem.

I uninstalled office completely, then reinstalled it; resource scheduling
worked fine again - until I reinstalled sp1.

Hi there,

I have the same problem with corpach. I uninstalled our Office SP1 and
reinstalled Office without SPs, but the problem/error still there. Anyone
know how to fix this problem?

Thank you!

I have a support call logged with Microsoft, when they sort the problem I'll
post it.

Cheers,
