I have a word document listing a series of meetings for the year 2005. Is
there a simpe way of importing the meetings into my Outlook Calendar, or do I
have to manually enter them?
I am running Office XP - Outlook 2002 SP3 / Windows XP.
Thanks
Outlook can import data in a tab-delimited format. With a little effort, you
should be able to massage the information you have in Word into such a file.

When I try and import a csv file with meetings that are 'private' I use the
value TRUE for all of them. However, the meeting doesn't show up as private
in outlook. What is the string value I need in the csv to make the private
checkbox checked in outlook>
