Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have several users that are
reporting missing appointments in their calendars. It appears to be
sporadic but users have said they check their calendar in the morning and
then later on they'll notice an appointment missing. Has anyone seen this?

I have a similar problem here:
some appointments disapear from the user's calendar. if the user close
outlook and re-open the appointments re-appear but not if the use only
change the display mode (week, month, display mode, etc). if s/o else
open the calendar while the appointments are "missing" the other person
(usually) can see the "missing" appointments.
we are using the cache mode 'cause the OL antispam asked for it.
