How do you print an outlook calendar with sunday as the first day of the week
and Saturday as the last day of the week

you need to use that view in your calendar before going to file, print. You
can also use the template at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print. The templates generally
have better print options than you get in outlook.
