Outlook should convert time zones for me (for new appointments)

The start time of the seminar was posted for a different time zone. I have no
idea what the offset amount is between "EST" and Pacific Daylight Time.
Outlook should do this time-zone conversion calculation for me.

if the item is sent as an ical, it will. Otherwise, use outlook's two time
zones feature to calculate the time for you -
