When creating an apointment or schduling a meeting, you should be able to
stipulate what time zone the start and end time is in. Also, you should be
able to enter the start time and the duration of the appointment. This would
alow you to enter and airline flight that begins in one time zone and ends in
another more simply.

I would love to have 10 minutes with a Microsft executive to explain this in
more detail.  Generally, Outlook could be vastly imporved by handling time
zones better.

It may not exactly be 10 minutes with a MS exec, but feel free to pass along
your concerns and suggestions to Microsoft at mswish@microsoft.com (put
Outlook in the subject line) or at outwish@microsoft.com (for
Outlook-specific issues).  Microsoft does read the e-mails sent to these
addresses, and the more users requesting a certain feature, the more likely
it will be implemented in the future.
