Is there a way to auto populate group schedules into Mailbox accounts?

I am curious as I want to deploy Resources (laptops, projectors) to be
scheduled via Outlook Calendar but I want to use the Group Schedule interface
to have clients schedule those resources.  It is the cleanest and most user
friendly (ability to make one or multiple requests to a resource).  This also
doesn't install 3rd party apps onto Exchange server and or Outlook 2003.

Thanks
