We are a team of three people who run individual personal calendars and share
a central work calendar.  Is there anyway of duplicating the entries from the
central work calendar into our three personal ones as it is a nusance having
to look in two places each time. Also the work entries dont get transmitted
to our pda's

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
