When exporting a calendar (Pacific time zone)to XP Pro (Mountain Time zone)
the appointments shifted by one hour. When the time zone was shifted back to
Pacific, the alarms stayed in Mountain time.
Basically I want the appointments from the Pacific Time Zone to stay at the
same time in Mountain Time zone and the alarms to sound at the correct time
too.

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way.  You should temporarily change the
sending computer's time zone to Mountain time, export the appointments, then
change back to Pacific.
