I use Outlook 2000 Calendars for scheduling video conferences, and my boss
asked me to tall up the video conference usage for each month. Is there a way
to effectively tall up all of the "appointments" in a month and give me a
total hours?  I can't find this anywhere on the web or MS Help site.
Thanks
Tom

Hi!

Have a look at vincashare.co.uk. There is a link on that site to an
Excel spreadsheet program which looks at Outlook appointments and
totals them for all Categories and any given period of time.
