How do I print the color labels for meeting and appointments?

I would like to print a calendar for the month for the family to reference.
Does anyone know how to print a reference key for the meeting and appointment
labels? People are getting confused with what goes with what and who goes to
what. I really appreciate any help you can give!

Outlook's built-in print styles are notoriously feature-poor and lack
sophisticated customization options. You might want to take a look at some
free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data to create a calendar
in Word, which you can then customize to your liking. I personally use My
Outlook Calendar and am very pleased with it. Links to these templates can
