How do I import a PalmOS datebook to Outlook

I am switching my handheld from a Palm OS device  to a Windows device and
would like to import my Palm datebook to Outlook?   How can I do this?

You will need Chapura PocketMirror that came with your Palm OS installation
disk to synch with Outlook.
