I want to know how much time we spend in meetings each year?

Can Outlook and or Exchange total the amount of time a person/ group spends
in meetings over a period of time?

No - as there is no way to map how much of that hour meeting you actually
used.

Hi!

But you can total how much time you have scheduled (whether you used it
or not).
Have a look at www.vincashare.co.uk and look for the Outlook button.
