I have a customer that has personal folders on his laptop as well as his
exchange account.  He has his setting to pull down his email off the server
and to his personal folder automatically.  This seems to have the affect of
setting his calendar in his personal folder as the primary calendar.
However, the calendar on his exchange account is shared so that others in his
group can see his calendar.  He really wants that calendar to be the "active"
calendar.  He doesn't use the calendar in his personal folder and has to
manually switch to the other every time he gets into Outlook.

Any way to delete the calendar in his personal folder or to use the calendar
on his exchange account by default?

Don't use a .pst but use an offline folder. Keep the delivery location set
to the Exhange mailbox.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Beth asked:
