sharing calendar between users in OL2K using PSTs

Our systems use win2k pro with sp4 & o2k pro on exchange2k server.

we use a the pst system where all mails move to the respective machines.

now i need to share the calendar on this pst with a cpl of users when i go
to permissions its all greyed out

how do i work around this n grant permissions

YOu will need to set the delivery location of mail to the Exchange server
(what a complete waste of resources using .psts!!!!)

Outlook can't share its files directly. See
