Calendar set up and printing

I would like to print all three of my calendars side by side, and I would
like to be able to see and print my montlhy calendars with the look of a
daily or weekly...

You can't do the first part - you'll need to print each one separately. The
second is handled by the different print layouts in Outlook or using a word
template - http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
