Print Calendar for notebook

This is a revisitation of an earlier issue. From Outlook 2003, cannot print
calendars so that when placed in a notebook, facing pages contain one half
of the same month. (Outlook must insert a blank page for page one, so that
page 2 contains left half of monthly calendar and page three contains the
other side, etc. etc.). This has been brought up several times, but I
haven'e seen anything lately, I don't suppose it got fixed???
