I would like to keep my calendar, contacts and notes synchronized.

I would like to keep my calendar, contacts and notes synchronized between my
home PC and work PC. Short of importing and exporting pst files (which seem
to create duplicates and/or not keep correct data when importing), is there
an easy dependable way to do so?
