I wish to share my existing Outlook 2002 calendar with others in my team.
I can set up a folder on my PC, but the recommended location is on the local
hard drive. I set up the folder, but nothing from my existing calendar moves
across.
I can set up users from the corporate directory, but cannot share it with
them.
We are not supposed to share folders on local PC's.
Two problems, copying between local and my team calendar and sharing with
others ?
Can anyone help

Are you using an Exchange server?

Hi Milly, yes we are using an Exchange server.
I've got this sorted now though, the online help facility suggested I needed
software from a Server CD, but our IT helped install ODC from the
Office/Outlook  CD, and its now working OK. The help directing me to the
wrong place was the problem, it needs to be more direct, and state
team/sharing calendars is part of the Outlook installation on the CD.
Sharepoint seems to be overkill for the simple thing we needed. Thanks for
responding and for your assistance.
