Is there any way of booking meeting rooms using meeting requests .

At work we book meetings using outlook calendar, but we have no way of
booking the actual meeting rooms - except using a paperwork system, is there
any way of doing this electronically?

What type of mail server are you using? Exchange offers the ability to set
resources as mailboxes and set the booking features.
