I received the following message when trying to print a public folder calendar:

This folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on the
server.  Contact your Microsoft Exchange Server administrator for assistance.

I am running Exchange 5.5 and the client is Outlook 2003.

Any ideas why or how to resolve?
