Creating Print Styles

I know how to create a print style based upon an existing Outlook Style.  How
to I actually create a new print style.  Specifically, when I print my
group’s calendar using the monthly style, some people get confused as to what
event is on what day.  People think that the date number is in the bottom of
a day’s box vice the top.  I want to go in and make the lines between weeks
bolder to eliminated this confusion but I can not find any option that will
allow me to do that.  Any suggestions?

You can't create new print styles in Outlook.  Instead, you might want to
take a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data
to create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to your liking.
I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very pleased with it.  Links to
