MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / December 2004Opening more than one Calendar in Outlook 2003
Hello~ We are on an exchange server and have permissions set up so we can view each others calendars. Our question is can you have it so when you open your calendar it also opens another persons automatically??? For example when I open my calendar I would like to see by Boss's also every time. It just makes it easier, but is not a necessity. Any ideas? Thank you for your help. Angela When you are in the calendar folder, right click on the calendar in the wunderbar and select to open it in another window. Resize your windows to display side by side. Use File->Exit to close Outlook, not the red X in the corner. The next time you open Outlook, the second calendar should automatically open as well.  Signature--?
