How do I change todays date?

Change it where?  All dates are controlled by your Windows System clock.
Check that to ensure it is displaying the correct date/time.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal

I don't know how to find & change that date in the System Clock!!

Double click the clock in the Windows system tray, usually at the bottom
right of your screen.
