I am using XP. When accessing Outlook, tools, options, there is no delegate
tab. What do I need to do to add a delegate to my calendar?
you need to install Delegate Add in
Tools - Options - Other page --> Advanced options -> Add in Manager

The only file that looked like it might work was DLFSETP.ECF but after doing
that and rebooting, the delegate tab was still not there.

Are you using Exchange? Is your default delivery location to Exchange
mailbox, not .pst?

You must be using Microsoft Exchange as the mail server for delegate access.

You purchase the server, client access licenses, and install it, and then
configure your Outlook profile to use Exchange.

Hello, thank you for your information to add the delegates tab. However, I
went through the process and there are several .ecf files. I tried
installing the dlgsetp.ecf. Nothing happens. Is that the right file? What
other options are there?
Thanks,
