When I cancel a meeting for which a resource has been booked. That appointment remains in the resource's calendar with "Canceled:" tacked on it in the subject. I want the appointment to be automatically deleted in the resource calendar instead of having the appointment remain in the calendar marked as cancelled. I'm using Exchange 2000 (SP3) and Outlook 2003. It does delete the appointment in my calendar. I cannot find anyway to do this. Microsoft has done so much to allow one to schedule and manage resources automatically it seems this would be the final step. Please let me know if this is possible. I am experiencing the same thing only worse - the meeting is marked "Canceled" in the resource calendar, but the time still shows busy!! |
