How can I rename a calendar and put it under OTHER calendars?

I can view 2 different folders, mine and one that I opened up under "Open
Shared Calendar". But I want to rename this second folder, and put it under
"Other Calendars" instead of it defaulting to "My Calendars". How can I do
this?

Please respond a.s.a.p. I'm really stuck on this.

Can you not do a COPY, then rename it, and move it?
