I need to support an offsite user.  I found out today that he cannot accept
or deny calendar invites. He gets the following message,

"This meeting is not in the Calendar; it may have been moved or deleted."

I have confirmed that he has a calendar on the exchange mailbox.  He can
accept meetings using OWA.  He can accept meeting if I log onto a separate
computer as this user.  So my problem lies on his laptop.  Where can I go to
fix the settings on his laptop?

Is this user using an .ost file/exchange mailbox while away from the office
or a .pst file as the default delivery location?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Keith asked:
