I have as many activities on weekend days as week days - I don't like your
lack of options and the structure of the monthly view.  START the week on
Sunday or at least give me the option to do so.

Right click on the calendar display-> other settings->uncheck compress
weekend days

I tried this in Microsost Outlook 2003 (and 2000), and it continues to stack
Sat/Sun in the last column of the calendar when I print it. Any ideas?

Mine doesn't - what printing style are you using?
