Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to prevent users from seeing the detail of my
calendar entries and only see the "show time as" value?

I have colleagues who use Outlook 2000 and when they schedule meetings w/me
all they see is BUSY when looking at my calendar appts.

However, when the Outlook 2003 users do the same thing they see the details
of those same  calendar entries.

How do I prevent everyone no matter what client they use from seeing the
detail of my appts.

Tools->Options->Calendar Options=>Planner Options.  Uncheck the box for
"display calendar details in grid."
