How do I change the calendar dates back to words - they have swit.

How do I change the calendar dates (months, days of the week) back to words?  
They have switched to numbers (i.e. December 2004 and Wednesday, December 29
instead of 12 2004 and 12/29)?

Change your long date format under Control Panel->Regional Settings to mmmm
