I would like to add an appointment of mine to someone's else calendear
without inviting them to the appointment.  I just wanted to inform them on my
whereabouts but they would like it on their calendar. Instead of adding a new
appointment on that person's calendar is their a way in creating an
appointment to have it be sent to someone else calendar and also put on mine
at the same time?

Not without them having to accept the appointment.

After furious head scratching, Sue asked:
