Is there any way to undo the action of mistakenly dismissing all 600
appointment reminders in someone's calendar? in other word someone who is
using the reminders window as a task manager and would like to bring all
those reminders back, how could that be achieved, if possibly since the
Dismiss all button was used?

I doubt this will work but you can try starting Outlook one time with the
/cleanreminders switch.  This will clean up the reminders and regenerate the
ones that were not touched.  I seriously doubt this will work.

The better method is to train this employee to use Tasks for reminders of
upcoming items.
