How do I create an appointment that does not print?

iI would like to create a daily reminder but I don't need it to pront on the
calendar.  Is there a way of doing this?

Create a recurring task that will remind you at the specified time.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Or you could create another calendar folder for all your private items.
