should be able to set up schedule for interviewing a candidate from one screen and set up consecutive meetings and email invitations. John at 9:00 Ted at 9:30 Fred at 10:00 Mr. CEO at 10:30 all done from one screen and able to attach resume and send invite. Most can be done now, but can not schedule all from one screen at once. Have to do each one individually. Please help.... Scheduling multiple appointments or creating multiple tasks is the kind of thing that Outlook allows you to build with a custom form and VBScript or with VBA, but there's no interface to do it without some programming.
