The small calendars at the top of the page of a monthly style prin

How do I change which months print here?
Printing a calendar for January and having a small January (and Feb)
calendar at the top is useless.  I'd rather have Feb & March at the top, or
December and February since I already have a big January in the main part of
the document.

Use one of the calendar printing tools on this page:

very customizable.

After furious head scratching, Glenn asked:
