I have a small network running Windows 2000 Server & Windows XP Pro SP2. I
am trying to share the calendar between them so if I put an appointment in
everyone can see that I have a appointment. I found the net folders kb but
that is not a viable way for me as some computer don't have email accounts.
Any help would be appreciated. We all do share a folder on the server that I
can put folders and files in. Thank you for your help.

Outlook can't share its files directly. See
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011477571033.aspx for an
article by Outlook MVP Eric Legault on various ways to share Outlook data.
YOu'll also find a list of third-party sharing tools and other information
at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm.
