Until Recently I was able to accept appointment that people would send
me and they would automatically be placed in my calendar.  Now when
someone sends me an appointment this is all I get:

Any help would be great

Are you using Outlook 2000?  IF yes, there is a hotfix available from
Microsoft to fix this problem.  Otherwise, have people who are sending you
meeting requests uncheck the reminder before sending.
