I am looking for a way that I can automate the process for many
organizations, to have a feed, or list that I can download the events into my
calendar.  Like if the local community is having 3 or 4 events this month, or
my childrens 3 different schools, or my country club...etc.  Does this exist?

If you use a tool (not Outlook itself) that store appointments as a
multi-item iCalendar .ics file, Outlook and many other programs will be able
to import it.
