I use Outlook 2003.  Outlook continues to open/create
multiple instances of a blank Calendar folder in "My
Calendars" (I usually have about three of these blank
calendar folders, but sometimes as many as 5-7).  I continue
to remove them; outlook continues to add them!

How can I prevent Outlook from adding these Calendar folders?

Delete the folders themselves, not just the shortcut in My Calendars.
