Exchange Svr and Outlook 2003... we have 8 users on 8 PC's needing to share a
common calendar.  Is there a step-by-step outline on how to set this up?

You dont need any other software - I would set up a Public Folder Calendar -
to do this right click Public Folders and Select New Folder - make sure that
you specify that the Folder is of Type = Appointments
