Prining Calendar

When printing Outlook 2000 calendar, all scheduled appointments are not
printed. They are viewable on the monitor but not on the print view screen or
printed copy.
Any suggestions as to the cause & corrective action?

The built-in print styles in Outlook tend to be less than satisfactory for
many users.  You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that
use your Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can
then customize to your liking and print as necessary.  I personally use My
Outlook Calendar and am very pleased with it.  Links to these templates can
