Hi,

In my company we are maintaining 5 different calendars on the shared folders.  I can view more than one at a time side by side, but is there a way to merge them onto one master calander to view or print?

I dont want to make it permanent in case something is modified in one of the calendars but I want to be able to look at a period and say this week/day/month is open in all departments to do blank event.

Also to be able to look day to day at what is happening without having to look at each calendar.

Any help would be appreciated

Outlook provides no way to print multiple calendars on one page.
