Several of us are authorised to set up meeting on my boss's Calendar.  When
the invited person accepts or declines, we each get an email.

What do we have to do to stop this as we do not need to have this
information on our accounts as we have our own appointments.

Please help, it's driving us mad!

Is the meeting showing in your calendar or your boss's calendar?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head-scratching, Alis0n asked this group:

Hi Milly

No, it's only showing on our boss's calendar, but we are all receiving his
replies too in our inbox.  This is what we want to stop as we only require
them to go to his account.

Does your boss have his delegates tab marked to send responses only to the
delegates and not to him?

I'm not sure, I'll have to check when I return to work.  If he does, would
turning this off help?
