I just posted about color coding categories in Office 2000. It's hard to believe that such a powerful program can't colorcode. What is list view and how would I get that option to show (or is it obvious once you are in list view?) If I go to View/current view, 'list' is not a choice. Outlook 2002 and later can color code the calendar, but still not in the manner you wish. You can color code the events, just not the background color for the calendar.  Signature--?
