When we schedule a recurring appointment with another conflicting appointment
(recurring or not), we would like to be able to see the other conflicting
appointments in a list instead of having to look in the
"Attendee/Availability" tab. Is this possible?

What version of Outlook and what do you mean in a list?

Outlook 2000. Wewould like to see all the conflicting appointments listed or
somehow displayed such that it is possible to simply scan the list and
determine which conflicting appointments shouldbe changed and which should be
simply deleted. Hope this is clearer.

Thanks.

Sorry - not possible.  Wait to see what Outlook 12 will offer.
