How can I turn off my schedule specifics when my calendar is bein.

How can I turn off my schedule specifics when my calendar is being viewed by
others who are trying to schedule my time for a meeting.  All I want them to
see is the time that I am available or not.

Tools->options->calendar options->planner options->show calendar details in
grid - uncheck that.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
