I need Outlook to allow me to record my work START and END times for my NIGHT
SHIFT JOB!!!

I work 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.  But if I enter the CORRECT 6:00 PM Start time,
and the CORRECT 3:00 AM Stop time, Outlook gives an error message stating
that my start time occurs AFTER my stop time. (Which WOULD BE correct, IF
THERE WAS NO 3:00 AM ON THE NEXT MORNING!!!)

Under consideration for future versions.

After furious head-scratching, rcmodelr asked this group:
